Sean Roosen
President, Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. Roosen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Mining Corporation since August 2006. He has led the transition of Osisko from a junior exploration company to a leading intermediate gold producer. He is responsible for leading the strategic development of the Corporation and was instrumental in securing the necessary financing to fund the development of the $1 billion Canadian Malartic Mine, the Corporation’s flagship asset. Mr. Roosen is a Supervisory Board member of EurAsia Resource Holdings AG - a European based venture capital fund - and a director of EurAsia Resource Value SE which is a shareholder of Osisko. Mr. Roosen also sits on the Board of Directors of the following publicly listed companies – Astur Gold Corporation, Bowmore Exploration Ltd., Condor Petroleum Inc. and Dalradian Resources Inc. Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and has had various progressive positions in the mining industry both domestically and internationally. |

Bryan Coates, CPA-CA
Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Coates is Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation since May 1, 2007. He is responsible for all activities related to financing, financial reporting, gold marketing, risk management and government relations. Mr. Coates has more than 30 years of progressive experience in international and canadian mining industry. Before joining Osisko, he was Chief Financial Officer of Iamgold (2006-2007), Cambior Inc. (2001-2006), and Cia Minera Antamina (1998-2001). He is a director of U308 Corp., and the Quebec Mining Assosciation. He also chairs the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Quebec's Mining Industry Committee. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Laurentian University. |

Luc Lessard, Eng.
Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lessard became Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Osisko in 2011 after serving as Vice-President Engineering and Construction from September 2007 to March 2011. From January 2000 to November 2006, Mr. Lessard was General Manager of Project and Construction for Cambior Inc., and then Vice-President of Engineering and Construction for IAMGOLD Corporation following their acquisition of Cambior Inc in November 2006, until his departure in 2007. |

John Burzynski, P.Geo., M.Sc.
Vice-President, Corporate Development, Director
Mr. Burzynski holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in geology from Mount Allison University, and a Master of Science in exploration and mineral economics from Queen’s University. He is a registered P.Geo. in the province of Québec, and has over 25 years experience as a professional geologist on international mining and development projects. He currently serves as a Director with Condor Petroleum Inc. (CPI:TSX) and is Chairman of the Board of Directors with Braeval Mining Corporation (BVL:TSX). He is one of the three founders of Osisko Mining Corporation and currently serves as Vice-President Corporate Development. Mr. Burzynski is also a founding member of EurAsia Resource Holdings AG, a private resource fund based in Europe. |

Sergio Cattalani, P.Geo., M.Sc.
Vice-President of Exploration (USA)
A graduate of McGill University, Montreal (B.Sc. 84, M.Sc. 87), Sergio has over 25 years experience in the mining and resource industry, as well as several years in applied research. From 1987-91, Sergio worked for the Mineral Exploration Research Institute where he oversaw a multi-year project aimed at characterizing and quantifying alteration associated with numerous VMS deposits in the Noranda camp. He then joined Cominco Limited from 1991-95 carrying out exploration throughout Quebec, with contributions in Arizona, and then Inco Limited where we became part of their technical services group contributing to base and precious metal exploration projects world-wide, including Canada, USA, Indonesia, Turkey, Australia and China. In 2006, Sergio worked primarily in Brazil at Vale’s Carajas mining district. He then joined Hecla in Vancouver for a brief period from 2007-08 before he moved to his former position of VP Exploration for Osisko, North-America. In mid 2012, Sergio relocated to Denver where he assumed the role of VP Exploration USA for Osisko leading the development of a new project portfolio in the US. Sergio is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, and a fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists. |

Hélène Cartier, Eng., LL.B.
Vice-President, Environment and Sustainable Development
Ms. Cartier is Vice-president, Environment and Sustainable Developement at Osisko since December 2011. Ms. Cartier holds a degree in industrial engineering from École Polytechnique of Montréal and a bachelor degree in Law from Université de Montréal. She has several years of progressive experience in the mining industry. |

Anne Charland, P.Geo., Ph.D.
Vice-President of Exploration (Canada)
Ms. Charland is Vice-President of Exploration (Canada) since the summer of 2012. She holds a doctorate degree in igneous petrology and geochemistry from McGill University and completed her post-doctorate studies at the universities of Albuquerque and Montréal. From June 2010 to the end of fall of the same year, as Project Manager, Ms. Charland was responsible for the drilling and infill drilling campaigns carried out for the Hammond Reef Gold Project. She holds nearly twenty years’ experience in the mining industry and has worked mainly for Xstrata Nickel and Falconbridge. Ms. Charland is a member in good standing of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. |

Denis Cimon, Eng., M.Sc.
Vice-President, Technical services
Mr. Cimon has more than 25 years of professional experience in design and operating of large gold extractions plants. Before being nominated to his current position, Mr. Cimon has been responsible for overseeing the design of the mill, selection of processing equipment and mill and tailings operations. Mr. Cimon was recently involved in the design, start-up and successful operations of the Rosebel Mine in Suriname. |

André Le Bel, LL.B.
Vice-President, Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary
Mr. Le Bel is the Vice-President Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko since November 2007. Previously, he was Senior Legal Counsel for Cambior Inc. since July 1997 and was promoted to Vice-President Legal Affairs of IAMGOLD Corporation following its acquisition of Cambior Inc. Mr. Le Bel is also a director of Threegold Resources inc. and of RedQuest Capital Corp., a capital pool company. |

Elif Lévesque, CGA, MBA
Vice-President and Controller
Ms. Levesque was appointed Controller in October 2010 and has contributed to the development of the financial reporting and planning functions at Osisko since December 2008. She is responsible for corporate financial reporting, the IT team, and internal controls. Ms Levesque has over 10 years of progressive experience with leading Canadian intermediate gold producers. She is a member of the Ordre des Comptables Généraux Accrédités du Québec and holds an MBA from Clark University, Massachusetts, USA. |

Mr. Mailhot has over 20 years of experience in human resources, as General Manager, Industrial Relations for Télébec-NorthernTel and Director, Human Resources for Falconbridge Mine Raglan, among others. Mr. Mailhot has also held similar responsibilities in the food-processing industry. |
