and Resource Development, DirectorMr. Wares was President and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko from August 1998 to March 2006 and has been Executive Vice-President since March 2006. He was Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation from March 2006 to 2011. Mr. Wares is currently a director of Augusta Resource Corporation, Bowmore Exploration Ltd, and Wildcat Silver Corporation.

Bryan A. Coates, CA
Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial OfficerMr. Coates is the Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Prior to joining the executive team of the Corporation, Mr. Coates was Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cambior Inc. from July 2001 until November 2006 and of IAMGOLD Corporation from November 2006 until February 2007. Mr. Coates is currently a director of U308 Corp.

Luc Lessard, P. Eng.
Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating OfficerMr. Lessard is Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer. From September 2007 to March 2011 he was Vice-President Engineering and Construction of Osisko. From January 2000 to November 2006, Mr. Lessard was General Manager, Project and Construction for Cambior Inc. and, following the acquisition of Cambior Inc. by IAMGOLD Corporation in November 2006 until September 2007, he was Vice-President Engineering and Construction of IAMGOLD Corporation.

John Burzynski, P. Geo., M.Sc.
Vice-President of Corporate DevelopmentMr. Burzynski was the Chief Geological Consultant and Vice-President Exploration for Osisko from June 2003 to March 2006 and has been Vice-President of Corporate Development of Osisko since March 2006. From February 2001 until June 2003, Mr. Burzynski was a self-employed Geological Consultant.

Sergio Cattalani, M.Sc.
Vice-President of ExplorationMr. Cattalani is a graduate of McGill University, and has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry in Quebec and abroad. Before joining Osisko, he was a senior geologist working on exploration and development projects.

Jean-Sébastien David, B. Sc., MGP
Vice-President Sustainable DevelopmentMr. David is the Vice-President Sustainable Development of Osisko. Mr. David was General Manager Sustainable Development from May 2006 until September 2007 with Cambior Inc. and with IAMGOLD Corporation following its acquisition of Cambior Inc. He was previously with Louisiana Pacific from August 2000 until May 2006.

Vice-President Legal Affairs and Corporate SecretaryMr. Le Bel is the Vice-President Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Osisko since November 2007. Previously, he was Senior Legal Counsel for Cambior Inc. since July 1997 and was promoted to Vice-President Legal Affairs of IAMGOLD Corporation following its acquisition of Cambior Inc. Mr. Le Bel is also a director of Threegold Resources inc. and of RedQuest Capital Corp., a capital pool company.

Vice-President and ControllerMs Levesque was appointed Controller on October 1, 2010 and has contributed to the development of the financial reporting and planning functions at Osisko since December 2008. She is responsible for corporate financial reporting, IT and internal controls. Ms Levesque has over 10 years of progressive experience with leading Canadian intermediate gold producers. She is a member of the Ordre des comptables généraux accrédités du Québec and holds an MBA from Clark University, Massachusetts, USA.

Vice-President of Human ResourcesMr. Mailhot has over 20 years of experience in human resources, as general manager of industrial relations for Télébec-NorthernTel and director of human resources for Falconbridge Mine Raglan, among others. Mr. Mailhot has also held similar responsibilities in the food-processing industry.

General Manager - ConstructionMr. Bougie has extensive experience in the construction field. Among other positions, over the years Mr. Bougie has worked as Director of Operations for a large construction company while concurrently holding the position of Director of Electricity for several major gold producers.

Denis Cimon, P. Eng., M.Sc.
General Manager - Canadian Malartic ProjectMr. Cimon has more than 20 years of professional experience in design and operating of large gold extractions plants. He is responsible for overseeing the design of the mill, selection of processing equipment and mill and tailings operations. Mr. Cimon was recently involved in the design, start-up and successful operations of the Rosebel Mine in Suriname.

Paul Johnson, P. Eng.
General Manager - Technical ServicesMr. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in large-scale open pit mining operations both in Quebec and internationally. Mr. Johnson is responsible for the development of the mining plan, selection of open pit equipment, supervision of mining and equipment maintenance operations.
