AMENDMENT TO STOCK OPTION PLAN
Osisko Exploration Ltd (TSX Venture-OSK, the "Company") announces the Board of Directors of the Company has agreed to amend the Company's Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"), increasing the maximum number of options that may be issued under the Plan from 1,875,378 to 2,000,000.

OSISKO CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Osisko Exploration has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement with EurAsia Holding AG of Germany. Osisko will issue five million units of the company at a price of 20 cents per unit.

SHARE FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT
Osisko Exploration, in compliance to TSX Venture Exchange regulation, has declared a share-for-debt settlement with the Fonds de solidarit FTQ. The settlement of $15,150.68 is for interest, accrued to June, 2003, on a convertible debenture issued in June, 2002.
