Sustainability Report 2009

Osisko Mining Corporation (OSISKO) is proud to present its annual sustainability report for 2009.

This report highlights Osisko's achievements and a follow-up on our commitments. With significant improvement since last year; not only has Osisko gained maturity, but we have also carefully considered comments and questions submitted by our readers regarding last year's report. This year again, we invite you to share your questions, suggestions and comments. You can also complete a short survey on Osisko's performance in certain areas. We will take this information into consideration when we prepare our next sustainability action plan.

Based on criteria established by the Global Reporting Initiative («GRI»),
a network-based organization that has pioneered the development of the world's most widely used sustainability reporting framework, this edition has attained level of "C" certification. We are very happy to attain such certification so early in the evolution of the company. For a young company like Osisko, monitoring numerous GRI criteria requires a large amount of efforts. We strongly believe that being proactive in that sense today will pay off and that our future environmental & social performances will take large benefits from our efforts.
